He was called into ministry in 1997 after a dream that he couldn’t shake. He has worked tirelessly for the ministry and fits his call; his heart is for the people. His wife, Donna, works alongside him and encourages him to move forward. She is our delegator—she accomplishes things that no one else can. Greg Proctor is the senior pastor for VWC, founded in July 2017.

Kayla maintains the website for VWC along with GAP Ministries. She loves writing for the Lord and is so thankful God gave her a husband who she can worship the Lord with. She is also the published author of “Whispered Shadows”.
